Group Breaks – Terms of Service

Break Schedule:

Group Breaks take place on the third Monday of every month at 6:00 PM Eastern Time, live on YouTube.

Break Formats

Group Breaks may be conducted in one of the following formats:

  • Random Teams
  • Pick Your Team (PYT)
  • Random Hit Style

If a different format is used, it will be clearly disclosed in the product description before purchase.

Sales Tax Notice

In compliance with state tax laws, sales tax will be applied to purchases made as required for state law compliance.

Break Format Details

Random Teams

Each purchase equals one (1) randomized team/spot.
 All randomizations will be conducted live on stream using RANDOM.ORG before the break begins.
 You will receive all cards assigned to your randomized team(s).

Pick Your Team (PYT)

Each team is sold at a fixed price.
 You will receive all cards from the team(s) you purchased.

Random Hit Style

Each spot purchased guarantees one (1) randomized “hit” (autograph, memorabilia, or premium card) from the break.

Card Award Rules

Team Assignment

Cards are awarded to the team name printed on the card (front or back), regardless of the jersey or logo shown.

Multi-Player Cards

If a card features multiple players from different teams, it will be randomized between those teams using a dice roll or RANDOM.ORG.

Retired Players

If a retired player is pulled:

  • The card goes to the team listed on the card.
  • If that team no longer exists, it will go to the franchise it became.
  • If no team is listed, it will go to the team the player spent the majority of their career with.

College or NIL Players

  • Active college players will be assigned to their current professional team (if applicable).
  • Retired players in college uniforms follow the same retired-player rules above.
  • College players not yet drafted or signed (NIL) will have their cards randomized to the group at the end of the break.
  • Panini Points & Redemptions

Panini Points or redemptions not tied to a specific player or team will be randomized to the group at the end of the break.

Unlisted Scenarios

If a situation arises that is not covered above, it will be resolved at the breaker’s discretion, and that decision will be final.

Card Handling & Shipping

  • All autographs, memorabilia, numbered, and high-value cards will be sleeved and top-loaded.
  • All other cards will be carefully packaged and protected in bulk.
  • You will receive all cards associated with your assigned team(s) or spot(s).
  • Tracking will be provided once shipments are made.

Terms & Conditions

  • By purchasing a break spot, you agree to all terms, conditions, and rules outlined here and in the product listing.
  • There are no guarantees that you will receive a specific player, team, or card.
  • You understand and accept that you may not receive any cards in a given break.
    • In this case, the breaker may, at their sole discretion, include bonus cards or sealed packs.
  • Refunds will not be issued once the break begins.
  • Refunds will only be provided if:
    • A purchased spot cannot be filled, or
    • A shipment is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking).
  • The breaker and business are not responsible for manufacturer defects, expired redemptions, or missing hits from sealed product.
  • Participation in a group break signifies your full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

EXPLANATION OF FILLERS:

Fillers are sometimes used to help close out and fill up a group break. Fillers are generally offered at 10%, 25%, and 50% chances to obtain a spot into a break, while only paying a fraction of the cost of a full spot into the break.

Purchasing one filler gives you ONE chance to receive ONE full spot into the break.  Fillers are ran all at once prior to the start of the break. Every filler sold will be represented by the name who bought it. The x% of names at the top of the list after randomized via random.org will receive a full spot into the break. (i.e. 10 names would receive entry into a break where 40 fillers were sold at 25%.).

Filler spots can be added or removed at the discretion of our team depending on demand for full spots or fillers. There is no set amount of spots available via a filler until the break is fully sold out. The filler will always remain x% regardless of spots added or removed (i.e. 40 25% fillers = 10 full spots available, 20 25% fillers = 5 spots available)

Fillers are ran all at once, and not independently. If you disagree with how they are ran, or if you disagree they are not true x% because of a contingency problem, or if you believe that your expected value increases or decreases due to fillers being added or being removed based on demand, please do not purchase fillers.
